STRESS ILLNESSES
Some negative things that the subconscious mind commonly uses to solve Stress Problems are things like the following:
Allergies -- They take the focus off the real problem by giving the person a secondary, very consuming problem to deal with -- the allergy. If you change your environment so you are away from the main problem, the allergy stops. If the unsolveable problem comes up again because you are reminded of the main problem, the allergy comes back again. Solution: Resolve the main problem.
Coughing -- Sometimes it's as simple as being a way to get attention from others. Often it means the person is angry and holding back the words that should be said. Solution: Learn how to say things so people can accept what you say and have old silent way of behaving deleted through Hypnotherapy.
Smoking -- Sometimes to supposedly give the person a break from stress. Often smoking has a variety of reasons. Solution: Find all the reasons for smoking and delete them in the Subconscious Mind.
